The Theresa™ Floral Twist Waist Dress does one clever thing and keeps everything else simple. The bodice wraps across into a soft V and the fabric twists at the front of the waist. Below that the skirt is gathered full and falls to mid calf, with pockets set into the side seams and short sleeves above.
